Introduction to the table :

This page provides a table of 'number-of-deaths versus age' data --- for 'the Peninsula' --- for the year 2012 (and a few years before).

The nature of the data collected is discussed on the 'parent page' of this page --- a 'menu-of-tables' page.

The data is presented below in a simple 'raw text' format --- so that it can be easily collected into a text file and fed into a plot utility.

If I gather more data for 2009-2012,
from at least 40 more days of obituaries,
a plot of 'deaths-versus-age', for MEN,
will be put here.

AND, if I gather more data for 2009-2012,
a plot of 'deaths-versus-age', for WOMEN,
will be put here.

'Cumulative-percent' plots may be more instructive. They can
give an idea of the age by which 50% or 75% or 90% of deaths occur.

If more data is gathered for 2009-2012,
'cumulative-percent' plots --- for MEN and for WOMEN
will be put here.

In any case, this data could be combined with data from other years
(say, about 10 years, 2009 to 2018) to provide the same kinds of plots.
