Bike Stretches

(Stretches for
bicycle riders)

A very important stretch --- for non-bikers
as well as bikers. This 'lunge stretch'
stretches the hard-to-access 'psoas' muscles,
inside the pelvic bone, that attach from
the lower vertebrae to the upper thigh bone.
