INTRODUCTION :

The menu below provides links to pages of images that can be used to decorate web pages. In short, the images presented are 'decopics'.

The images are basically of two types:

  • animations
    ( mostly animated GIF files, suffix: .gif )

  • still images
    ( mostly JPEG files, suffix: .jpg )


There is more information on these files --- especially how they are organized and presented --- on the several web pages that display the files.

'Decopics' Menu :

    ANIMATED images :   (gif files)

    • Animated GIFs of LIVING Things
      (including Cartoon Representations of Living Things and parts of Living Things)

    • Animated GIFs of NON-LIVING Things
      (alphabet, arrows, balloons, buttons, ... , flags, ... , maps, ... , separator-lines, sports objects, ... , tools, vehicles, ... , weather)

    • Animated GIFs of Smileys
      (They are given their own category --- because they could be classified as Living or Non-Living.)

    MOVIE CLIPS :   (mpg and other video files)

    • A MENU of Movie-Clip CATEGORIES - COMING SOMEDAY (MAYBE)


    STILL images :   (jpg, png, gif files)

    SCALABLE VECTOR GRAPHICS :   (svg files)

    • A MENU of SVG CATEGORIES - COMING SOMEDAY (MAYBE)

  • Links to Web Development Resources
    (to including image-file archive sites)

    (to find more image files and more image file archive sites)
